Did you check your Data/commonserver.cfg for the PK-drop? PK actually drops items originally, so it's not a bug.

ZenSystemChange=0 ;1=Zen Does not Reduce in Party 0=Zen is Normal Webzen system zen reduced in Party
change 0 to 1 and try :) atleast for me it works

Yeah, that sounds more like a bug. Originallly PK only dropped up to +4 items, and no exc. items could drop.
