Ok Iv fixed Icarus wings move problem

Im reseraching the Mana Shield % and the Chaos Machine % because the configurations I made do change the rate however the rate seems to only be able to go to 80%.

Iv made some other fixes but not ready to release yet because It's not finished

i have problem with CS port, with i change 44405 for 44432 - 33 - 45 anythink, Launcher Status: ONLINE

main.exe dont use that port if you dont change it
