Langmpr 2.0 Debug.rar (Lang.mpr 2.0 Zip For S12 Fix Error Please install winrar First)
used for zip the txt files. unzip notfinished. U can unzip by RAR or
other soft extract the files and directory first . After edit the files
Then use this Tool for zipping.

From reading the bottom portion of the editor your trying to use it on a s13 client which the max supported on this editor is s12 if your using IGCN files then buy their premium editor.... That's not a translate issue that's the editor not being able to read the .bmd properly
