At command manager, the minimum level required to run some commands is 8.
You can put on GameMaster.txt 8 for GM and 32 for ADM

SmileY , could you upload programm , with which you editing item_eng.bmd or item_spn.bmd / Because when im trying to use BmdDec , for Client side , to add new Armor / Helm / Sword , all options on items going wrong somewhere he dont see Defense on Armor , after i encode item_eng.txt to item_eng.bmd back.
Server Side: / Item.txt / Add correctly
Client Side :/Data/Custom Item.bmd with your Encoder all great.
Client Side:/Models in Folder > Data Custom Player
and i need to add it in Data/Local/Eng / Item_eng.bmd ? how can i decode and encode this file correctly?

Hi again folks, for who had problems with GameMaster.txt configuration and his levels, try this:

1. Copy your content of GameMaster.txt to cliboard,
2. Delete GameMaster.txt
3. Create a new GameMaster.txt and paste content (Edit with windows notepad)
4. Whoa, will work

This is not a server bug itself, but some bug with GameMaster.txt file that i have used NotePad++ to edit in last update.
