Make sure your config was correct in AH and MAIN_INFO

It means that any client can modify and update the title.
So the server cannot control that. I mean for example, the player reset 10 time (rank tile : new player); however, he goes to client folder and modify the Ranktext.cfg likes (rank tile : I'm admin =))), then display it. I think the server should control the title range matched with current level ....

Only you can see it . The others won't see your eddited rank text . If you don't want for others to change it , delete the .txt file and edit direct in source.

As per RacRac says, he is right.. They are the only ones who can see if they edit the rank title on their own and its like they were changing some skin in game but others see as a default skin.
