It's easy as ABC. ^_^
A - Open ODBC C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
B - Click System DSN tab
C - Click Add button
D - Select SQL Server
E - Click Finish button
F - Name: (type MuOnline)
G - Description: (leave it blank or type anything)
H - Server: (type Server Name when you connect to SQL)
I - Click Next button
J - Click Next button again
K - Check the "Change the database to:"
L - Select MuOnline in the pull-down menu
M - Click Next button
N - Click Finish button
O - Click OK button
Do this to other DSN
DSN Name: Me_MuOnline
Database: Me_MuOnline
DSN Name: MU2003_EVENT_DB
Database: MU2003_EVENT_DATA
DSN Name: MuOnlineJoinDB
Database: Me_MuOnline
DSN Name: Ranking
Database: Ranking
Didn't work... still slow to start.

There's some sort of problem with the connections to the databases...
If I wait until it runs... it doesn't show any error though but GS crashes.
And there's nothing wrong with my pc... I run several other servers here smoothly and I've tried before servers with sql 2005/2008 too.
I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64 / SQL 2005 x64

Yes problem with connection to database... Sql 2005 , sql 2008 win 2003 OS i try everythink and a few good guy's with mu online check it.
Dataserver1 GSDBSet ODBC connect fail...
(( i check about error on google and dont say me its your wrong config or 64bit or 32bit system error ))
I have gained a vps for 2 weeks. So I managed to configure these files there with windows server 2003 sp2/sql 2005 and all works great. I like the customs. :)
Hopefully it will work as well on windows 7 too in the future because here the GS doesn't even open.
It works fine on Win7 as I have shown you in the video.
Are you using windows 98 style? :P
I've encountered some bugs:
- Seals are dissapearing after relog.
- Seed(earth) has no attributes.
- Can't move to maps on GSCS.
- Zen drop in party is too high, dropping 5x more than it should.
By the way, are you going to add pc cafe points system?

i'm using windows 7 64-bit
- add level 2 on seed (earth).
- check mapserverinfo for GSCS
- there is a zen adjustment in the file
- The problem was that I wanted to use the same data folder for both gameservers... Is it possible to change the directory of the ServerInfo back to the gameserver folders?
- There's no Seed level 2... only spheres or seed spheres have level. I can't even craft them because they're bugged, only adding on mumaker but you see no attributes in any one.
- I can only adjust zen for solo... I use multiplier 2x so that I drop in zen the same amount of exp but in party it's dropping the multiplier value x5...

Seed (earth) level 2: test this in shop

Try this first
[ZEN]
EnableFix = 0
- I have created a sub folder for the GSCS and stuff... works fine now.
- Seed is fine on the shop.
- I tried enablefix off too... it's the same, in party it's dropping 5x more than it should. The formula isn't correct.
- I have a new issue:
This "Heart" comes from nowhere, it's not supposed to be dropping.
