There is a public section (announcement) for non customer. If you want to be a customer, buy the product and don't email him non sense. Answers to your questions can be found on his public forum.

Click > Log>View maybe .
if not it means that you did some modifications and it affected GS_CS.

I didn't do some modification in my GS_CS cause it is default

and how to fix this even i disable MD5 in admincp

Okay , try scriptkid's advice then.
about mucore : reinstall your mucore and restore your databases again , and i think if u disabled md5 manually its not fully disabled then , use md5 better =)

how to make md5 enable?? cause i didn't know how to enable it even in the admincp the md5 was enable but nothing change

btw the GS_CS is now ok i see the log view already it was port problem

ps: yes i knew that sometimes port problems etc those modifications can make gs or gs_cs not to run properly.
