you are totaly wrong =) its only mather of time

at this time i can build launcher who will allow u connect to server else u will be disconnected
check all files if corupt then replace it
autoupdate by date ,crc32 ,size + lot of other options
on start first check 4 updates only then allow player connect to server
show server status,player count online.. etc
show servers latenci
nah.. i can build lot of advanced features who dont even have webzen launcher ^^

but then i need build launcher for each server ..

sory u cant... i`ll add in next launcher verison or meybe reuplod LauncherSUM
where u can change port..

i just dont add it coz as long as i know every1 use 44405 port ^^ (defoult)

i believe its works on all seasons

changes:
-if Launcher.inF does not exists then it will be created with defoult options!

PS. about your error
try launch launcher in same folder with Launcher.inF

Men IP and port no work for me, i have put

and this not work =(

use IP dont use domen
IP=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Port=44405

dont use domens.. enyway u cant hide servers ip from players ^^

and u always can check where are main.exe connected

Start->all programms->accessories->command promt
when u are connected to somhere with main.exe

type in it "netstat" without ""
and there u can see where main.exe is connected

You can add pinging option to server : ping IP server and port and this i don`t know very much how to do it but you can add online players status , maybe a chat function ; here is an example (hope source will help ) :
