Ex. /Skin

Some of NPCs are not working (even if alreayd config)
Ex. Oracle Layla, Alex.. Many More

Npcs work fine too. As far as I tested....read carefully the description and remember that it sais STRICTLY NO COMMENTS...maybe thats why its failing for you (did for me too)
