IGCN Server Files only works in 64bits OS

1.when connect to BATTLE CORE , character start in Loren Market , out of map there is all BLACK HOW FIX ???
2. CLIENT Crashes in short time when move character "MICHI" some time when droping Gold Medal , and some time i can't understand why can crash client and in main folder of client creating new crash file when crashes and file size 500-600 MB !

and so when char "GL" after learning skill was DC and can't connect

when relogin the char or reboot the servers ,the buffer pet will end time some times .
