It's not a problem with OS, why would it be? Install the VS libraries 2008 and 2010 and it should work properply.

I take the gs from this files cuz is protected from the packet crash i use the data folder to for the gs.
All works fine i just have one problem.
Jewels in shops dont work when i put bless,chaos,life and e.t.c. and buy it and try to move it it says you cannot use that item please contact the administrator.
How can i fix this any ideas ?

Anyway so far i found these bugs (i may repost some of them):
1. Even if you set up drops with luck (for example on kundun) all items will drop without luck. Its not a config error, its something from inside gs.
2. This is important ! /stadium doesnt warp you in map number 6, /stadium is a strange map that has same spots from lorencia, so if you put spots in "arena" they will appear in lorencia aswell. (that's the reason you are seeing lorencia mobs in arena)

PS: Really appreciate Pinkof's work, its a great effort and I hope you will release the Source codes if you dont work on this project anymore so we can improve this awesome server files :)

Didn't test on Win7, only in Win XP, but I think if you set it properly and with all necessary libraries, .net frameworks should work. Not sure tho.

the server is free from hackers? and how many items are in total?
Error L1 : Close client INVALID SOCKET.
The server start normaly but in determinate time disconnect every one and the error appair.
Tested with ppl in WIN 2003 sp2 and win 2008 R2.
Solution?
@FCV2005 as far as I know there is an option to set interval for golden invasion, default is 6 hours and they appear in different cities, but if you want invasion every hour for example even if you set it right in commonserver gs doesnt respond at all to those commands. So I believe we have a bug there.
@FunPeople check Anti-Hack section in commonserver, make sure you disable that speedcheck or w/e is called. I had that too, when I was shooting with high amount of agi I get automatically disc. If that doesnt work I dont know what to say. :)
@AsaGodS i dont think there is a hack-free server in whole ragezone's releases, at least not in free versions. :) but maybe i'm saying stupid things and i might be wrong
