are you sure you are running correctly muserverstartup.exe ?
also run odbc.req from your database folders and merge it.

it can cause connection problem like what write GMO (odbc problem)

or it can be IP problem, SQL pass problem, or port problem

(titantech files give this close crash if you didnt configured correctly the titan manager, so bad sql pass / connection)
