Change that password ASAP.
NEVER share that info in public :/, and I really mean NEVER. Worst kind of things can happen to your VPS without you noticing.

Every ServerFile is prepared to originally be used at LOW rates, not at 9999, remember that.
Besides, you still level up like 1 mob = 1 level, right?
Try setting Experience to a more decent value, like 100 or 200, and check what happens.
Anyways this is just a visual bug.

Something is wrongly edited; I never had an issue on connecting to these files, 100% work.-

No need to change it, just properly set it up, and be sure that it's running, I've seen a few people who couldnt connect cause ConnectServer wasn't running......
