Well....you just load the file "IA Julia 1.x.x" with .SLN extension in Visual Studio (2010 for better performance) (SLN = Microsoft Visual Studio Solution)
Then you'll see all the .cpp & .h files, to edit them if you want to, but thats not the point.
You'll see on the left side of the screen, the project explorer; there, on the top, on BOLD letters you'll see "IA Julia 1.x.x". -> Right Click the bold solution name, and click on first option, I have VS in spanish so it says "Generar"; probably something like Generate, or Compile.

ese inconveniente se debe a que en las source q bajaste esta seteado para lang KOR; debes copiar el contenido de data/lang/ en data/lang/kor/
i agregarle el (Kor) a los .txt (ejemplo: item.txt -> item(Kor).txt

English:

copy data/lang/ content into data/lang/kor/
and add (Kor) to txts.
Example: item.txt should be item(Kor).txt

Gracias... me sirvió, ahora el detalle es que cuando dropeo el las nuevas jewels sale sin nombre y cuando la agarro no ocupan espacio... :/

Por cierto... en el cliente 1.03O + el parche 1.03O todos los que son Master no sale su level, tampoco experiencia.

@ianvalls90 || para que sirve la jewel of divinity, quiero añadirlo a algun item exe o no exe y no hace nada... :(
Por favor podrías explicarme o como hacer para configurarlo que aplique bien su funcion?
Otra cosa es que quiero que las jewels no fallen al aplicar su función.

edit: nvm had to enabel red dragon in comonserver.

I had the same problem with custom jewels, when I add new items to group 14, GS will not load. I tried sources from ianvalls90 and also sources from ulfsark, but result was the same. I dont have now enough time for researching, whats the problem, so I hope, that someone will post fix.

Edit: I tried to add also new items to other groups (swords, etc.), but GS didnt load...

Edit2:
New items can be added in groups - 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 (tested)
New items cant be added in groups - 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14 (tested)

Thanks, after I changed Language in CommonServer.cfg from 2 to 0 GS loaded new items! But I dont know why, models files from new jewels are missing in client? I downloaded client from first post :O

La "Jewel of Assembly" solo hace la función de la "Jewel of Life" nada en especial... seria genial que se pudiera cambiar para agregar sockets... solo es un comentario... en fin gracias por las Jewels funcionan bien.
