192.168.1.xxx is Lan IP
www.canyouseeme.org = Global/Wan/Public IP

use only LAN IP if you want server to be running just for you:
go to start>run>cmd write IPCONFIG and scroll ip and find IPv4 : copy that IP at the right and use it
in files>data>mapserverinfo.dat
in files>connectserver>data>serverlist.dat
in files>data>iplist.dat

if you use global ip u can use them in same place, but don't forget to open ports
55901 for gameserver UDP / 44405 for joinserver tcp / 80 for website / 55919 for castle server

well try to run joinserver manually from the folder / make shortcut and put in properties the code for joinserver string on startup.exe it goes something like
/p55600/ 120.0.0.1 /p10838 127.0.0.1 < --- not that.

and run it , then tell me what it says , maybe u must run as admin everything

i tried

then download it from where u want {gamefront is fast} though.
