You forgot to put in the arhive the option for this fix:

Added option to enable or disable online pc adding when user is using offtrade.

Open IA Julia/PC_Points_WCoin.dat and add:

AddPCPointWhenOffTradeActive = 0

God damn i hate gameserver cs(why the fuck WZ coudn't do it all on one gs!), but heres patch for gameserver CS(this patch add's all costum that were in normal gs)...
