How do I add new cheats on the launcher? I found 1 program and I dont want it in my server.

1. Launcher don't work on Windows 7 Ultimate.
2. Auto update won't make a new file. (For example I create new text file in data directory named sample.txt, in the launcher it update but no sample.txt found in data folder.)
3. Some of the cheats dump codes have an error that will cause launcher not to work like MU Proxy 1.2
