Becose damage isnt calculated properly(is not calculated) and if Your stats increasing this skill damage dont get bigger(is always the same damage).

i think you can configure that on server side

but for bloodcastle etc you have to modify client side, which i shared somewhere on help section what to search for

To be more precise it is in SCFData/SCF_Character :P first few lines to edit max lvl and max ml lvl

Yes it supports it but exp bug on lvl 850 +

Edit bothideand seek settings or disable it and you wont have this problem ;)
