It is because of winlicense. Therefore, so is eating CPU, at scfmt many cracked servers so. Need to wait for fix. sory for english.

Why it always happen when run SCFExDB on windows XP and get this Loader Data not found! , even Windows 7 work fine , i just reinstall from window7 to window xp, and i dont want to reinstall back to window 7 again,

By the way , maybe this file not support windows XP or something

could you please tell me how you make its work on Wins XP , and yea , i got ID lock on machine already when run GSCS so that mean there is no chance to open this ? only need to reinstall windows ?

it's , but after 2 hours , i got key locked again, so i give up, install back to wins 7 . run like a charm

try to change the language for non-unicode programs in regional settings to romanian from english and to run the GSCS in compatibilty mode windows 95! tell me if this works for you!
