Fix Crash with Notice Guild with @> %n
Fix Crash with full invetory of DarkRaven or DarkHorse
FIX TitanlinkServer disconnect from gameserver (NEED TEST).

Added new config for items excellent now we can edit int SCF_Items.ini:

To fix SCF_ItemdDropRate need add PartyRate

Nice Release but it is nicer if it has a FULL CLIENT included for better/accurate testing result :)
