but when I run it show the laucher.

thats not main issue, thats mu.exe issue or message.wtf issue config of IP in mu.exe or message.wtf (which u dont have.. where is ur message.wtf) client file

Download TTC Editor 1.4.2 ENG Last:

You must be registered to see links

Open Config.ttc file and config as below. Change IP, Version and Serial with your.

Save then copy Config.ttc to client folder.
Next, open \SCFData\CrystalEdition\SCF_CrystalWall.ini and change SCFUseTTMain=1
Save and enjoy game!

Sorry, I forgot to tell you change date to 2013 for woking tool.

Just have them download "runasdate", launch the app via runasdate - which is where you tell it 2013. System would not need to run a different time/date, as the runasdate handles it for the tool specifically.
