Just download latest XAMPP what I send you, install it and edit php.ini to enable PDO and short tags, that's all you have to do.

thank you sir i finally make it work with latest xampp, do u know any good template for WebEngine?

and when i enter in admin it says 404 not found any ideas?

I released 2 templates for WebEngine for free, others templates or custom templates are paid.

You must add your account in cofig file as admin and you will see AdminCP button in the right top corner when you will login in website.

and now my problem is this im trying to register a new account
