Usually that is a limit on the input fields, which are in the PHP code for the page. I suggest looking where the username and password inputs are and adding maxlength="10" on it, for example: <input type="text" name="username" maxlength="10"/>

for the error with foreach() ; u need to update the cache (use cron.bat) of add a cron job 5 min, and wait. then u will see the column "Last Used - Never" Changes to "Last Used - "your date"".
then the error will not show(if u have some data, like - i have top voters and noone voted so i get it).
