Well, you obviously did not configure it correctly, else it would work. Or maybe your paypal account is just personal, you need premier or business account with IPN enabled.
i did upgrade it to business, now what should i do?

what's the difference between paypal.php and paypal.win.php?
paypal.php is for linux hosting and paypal.win.php is for windows hosting.
it doesn't work anyway ...

Of course it doesnt work, I see you are using windows hosting and you are using paypal.php. Use paypal.win.php
i changed the php name from win to paypal.php, im not so stupid, and it doesn't work.
im using webengine from this released with zteam patch. everything work fines except top guild and top reset in Ranking. how do i make it work? any hint or idea much appreciate.
PS. already enable this in ranking module. but still no list of it.
