Hey, i recently remember i've got those updates patches from some FTP a while ago
and i decided to share it for the community which might be useful for you = ]
Includes update from version 1.02.25 till 1.04.50
Last Update was at September 2014 on the Files.

Yes mega has issues lately alot.. u can try to click Save to iCloud and right click on it and download as .zip
or wait for other llink etc.
Edit: done reuploaded to 1fichier which is fast and free.

Well whatever it is, mostly webzen network uses it from KOR ftp cus they are korean arent they?

Easy to know if are from Korea or Global. If texts are in English, then it's from GMO. If texts are in Korean, then it's from Korea.
