Than that means you're playing on calculator or some other secret master machine. There's "custom" folder in data, you can block the things there manually. You can try to delete or rename cg.dll and cgGL.dll - files required for anti-alsing and bloom effect (tron glow), files from PCSX2.

well my calculator can run season 12 fine, igcn season 6 fine, original muemu s6 fine. also you can't remove or rename those two dlls

Requirements do not change for years regardless of game version or season, your S12 and S6 are just original releases without OpenGL addons. Summarizing: you cant play this release if you're too lazy to try fix this problem.You have not even described the attempts you made. Just use this fine SXII and S6.
