no, windows 20003 is toooooooooo old and for nowdays it will be confusingand messy installing any files, same with windows 2000, but yes its possible

why dont save some trouble and time and install windows 2008 with sql 2008 ? or windows 7 with sql 2008 ? or windows 2012, 2016 etc
