it looks like your account or hour is expired and u can't use it more? did u create with mumaker or that zteam editor maybe u did him vip o r something and he has no days to play, im not sure tho thats weird check in character tables and see the specific user how it differs with other users.

why not run on winxp update 05, is no way to overcome not you? apart from having to reinstall the computer software?

You have to config something in Video Card Settings. (Of course update Driver if you hasn't)
