Do I need to download all files from first to ninth update to make server working, or it is OK to download just last update ?
(last update contains all files and everything ?)

It's not necessary to download all updates, just download update 9 , but you'll need a back for to restore the data base and this back is on update 3 or 4 , but you can use any backup belong to season 8 version. and run query MuonlineQuote:
