HOW TO CHANGE RESPAWN TIME MONSTER :
EXAMPLE :

go PZData\Monster\Monster.xml


Find your monster ID (example we need monster id="480")

regentime="10" = 10 seconds , so you can edit . (1hour have 3600 seconds).
