webzen settings are completely balanced, the only thing that is actually unbalanced in gmo is the pvp attack rate of rf wich shows less than it really is with result that multiple hits of even min dmg can pretty much one hit the low hp chars
I've not thoroughly tested this with these files but with some quick tests it seems ok
now if u want to make a reset server, its an entirely different story
it depends on max stats,divisors etc
it will be difficult to determine the exact formulas u will wanna use, but keep in mind that multiplying/divising/adding/substracting 2 or more numbers always results in a number, if u know what that number has to be for u then its only a simple equation to solve so its not the "balance" of the files but the guy that handles the math
point is if u're braindead files dont have magic properties or something :D
if u want to switch to something with less variables that u can get ur hands on (not open source) then u are just not thinking straight

hi, I have a problem on the website I use, not shows online player, online or record already changed several website remains the problem at all, I used another MuServer and the website is normal with this happening so MuServer zteam this helps. use web effect.

Hello guys, I have the following problem, the server is hosteado on my computer, but I use a router to the internet, then my connection goes through rotiador and then comes to my computer where the server is, then the router has one ip, and my computer has another ip, I'm using no-ip, but I can not connect from another computer through no-ip, already liberated the necessary ports, ips edited properly and it still fails, someone understands this kind of setting and can me help? try to use SQL2000 & use server_update11[just search in this thread]
and create account using TRN editor(mumaker)
and if still error.

login your account then create normal character.
