So, which number is the damage % increased? As I remember it's 32% for level 0 Wing, I think this is in the source code, I tried added in ObjAttack.cpp the following code but it doesn't work (I want to have 35% of damage increase with wing lvl 0)

No idea, mate. There is missing some part of original DarkSim code, what he was released long time ago in public for 1.03Y, but i think that code is missing, because webzen created in season 6 new system for tooltip, and now all values main read from ItemToolTip.bmd and ItemToolTipText.bmd
So i don't even know, how to change this values now. I know only that, what the main values is "somewhere" in Main.exe xD

I dont know, but when using tool to edit the ItemToolTip_Text file, there is Unk number after each tooltip_text and currently I am using number "208" for new wing, which will show the value "39%" from Wing 3. Really no idea which number will make it show "35%" or whatever % we want :(

Of course it's offset for 1.03.25 JPN and doesn't work for 1.04.04, let me know when you find the offset for this version, I am totally stuck at this :)
