This is server side and you must to convert "ItemPrice.txt" from Server to Client.
So, here is how to do it. It's very simply. You need to have "Encoder.exe" (from zTeam files)
If you have both files ("Encoder.exe" and "ItemPrice.txt" from server) - you can simply drop "ItemPrice.txt" at "Encoder.exe" - this will make "ItemPrice.txt.z" file.
Now you must to delete ".txt" from name and leave file called "ItemPrice.z".
All you have to do after that is to put ItemPrice.z created by this way in Client/Data/Custom .
If you don't understand that stop asking about it everywhere because it's stupid ;-;
