The original source is a little bit unstable if the users are using some function, but if you fix it before you run the server, yes it can be stable. (for example sometimes gameserver crash from offtrade, item duplication with the reconnect system, etc)

Thats standard gm logo....still, i think it was called symbol or gmsymbol (bmd file obviously.)....try searching for a skin for it and youll see what file that is ;). Besides you'll get to see a few cool gm signs....i saw them a while ago.
