I mean i did everything but still something is worng. Ex db says he cant find some data so i guess .bak database is invalid

Dude, please check your odbc setting and server configs for god sake.
if you are using 64bit OS start > odbcad32 and add all odbc records by manuel...

i said i did it. One guy checked it on TV and ODBC is working, but something is spoiled and i cant figure out whats exactly, im new to this things

did you check lucky items(ItemSetType.txt) and ItemSetOption.txt try to enable for characters(DW DK MG DL etc...)
