Gens not working ? I cant create clan , it say to me "you are not a member of any gens clan" , but then i want to join gens its say im already gens member but im not )

I think You are in gens, just You dont see the symbol. Press 'O' and enable all functions. You should see Gens symbol.
Check Your commoncfg file, i think You have set to high level for making guid. (arround 250lvl)

I have the same visual bug. I tryed couple of clients and always Box of Kundun +2,3,4,5 looks like Box of Luck.
Have someone fix for that problem ?

To fix it. You should upgrade client to ex803 it means u need unpacked ex803 main.exe if im not wrong.

the server takes too much CPU Usage. which makes the server freeze and lags..

How many CPU usage takes to You ? (u mean gameserver? or multiserver?)

both.

Also the CustomItemDrop can't drop Full Option.
