- New commands: /info , /cskin - with configuration about allowed skins , /status , /online , clear inventory for users , errtels create for GMs (more info in CommandManager.xml)

Erase the .php extension and add .rar extension. RZ attachments are working like these for a while now....just need to rename to .rar and voila. ;)
