Not use Encoder, change to serial and Ip, used ZConfigurator.

It's have cracked version on internet.
It's tested by me long time ago and it pack Common.z, .dll, main.exe and all work without problems.
It was even have some guy that sell that "protection" with free packer for money.....

Did you changed: Client/Data/Custom/Common.z?
Edit can be done with: zConfiguratior.
Also read Documents/Installation.pdf for more information, and unblock port for zGS.

You just need download source code -> compile it.
Or just download zGS/zMS it's have it compiled on previous pages.

I will test tomorrow again in live server is crash problem fixed....
And will post result here or in the other topic.
Since never had a problem even with original source I mean zGS was work but crash after few minutes with online players(But it could be becouse missing files also....).
