Yes they can be learned. You just need to know how.. You need to learn them after Marlon quest while you are still 2nd class.

yup i just finished marlon quest and my energy is 1110 its enough as far as i know for scroll of nova and how about the BK skill i forgot the exact name of that skill it has explosion on its name.tnx for the reply.
