Use BMD Cracker/fixer after you edit the itemtooltip_eng.bmd

Why bother going that far if you can fix it by starting reading from page 1.

Well i guess its better to search for it and learn how to do it instead of always just downloading every single fixed file.
Sure if its already fixed then its ok to download but always better to do it yourself so next time you can do by yourself if its necessary/not fixed.
