Change IP's in:
Data \ MapServerInfo.dat
TitanCS \ Data \ ServerList.dat
change only the "dllgames.net". Download the Client .net playing do the update in the launcher jogando.net.
Download the patch, copy the files and put in the jogando.net folder.
