Not that it does not help much because he may be missing msvcr100.dll in windows / system32 and therefore he reports this error still it could be resolved by installing drivers, but this is faster and more secure solution that works in 99%.
But for your efforts to help him give the thumbs up.
you right.. im missing msvcr100.dll in system32 i already download msvcr100 and put in system 32 and i have the same error when i try to open main
may be this files is not for me :X :X
