This is an editor that will allow you to edit simple text, icons, and other items in dlls and exes. It is basic but works, however will not open packed files. Or go too deep into files...just keep it in mind.

It is just for basic editing. Dont change what you dont understand unless you have a back up. it is what i changed the mx launcher with that i posted. here is a link

thats the kinda small things you can do.
i also translated my 1.0e gameserver menus with it.
there is SO mant uses for it. you just have to be creative and careful.
