Alright.. Let me help you guys out since there is alot of same question.

Q. I get " Skill Error ".. how can i fix that?
A. Go to Data>commonserver.cfg.. Change Language to 0 ( korea ). Then it will work.

Q. I cant see the server Bar.. what did i did wrong?
A. Check all the ip you put, make sure you config it right.

Q. Is there bug?
A. YES

Q. My ODBC Says connect fail, how can i fix it?
A. Check your odbc. better yet, Delete your old Odbc and
restore a new one. That will fix that problem

I can't even get the server to work to be honest. I used the guide and the guide ONLY. Meaning i set the i.p's that are only needed to be set, all the rest are at 127.0.0.1.

I have a few problems,

1. If i put my WAN I.P in the startup.ini for chatserver, I get chatserver connect fail to exdb. Now if i put 127.0.0.1, I get connect success. Don't talk to me about "are you're i.p's in the correct place", because i know they are. It's not hard to replace "Your I.P Here"

2. I havn't opened up a server since 1.00L, so a long time back. Back then you didn't have the hex main.exe's, I could just use skyteam launcher builder, is that fine to use instead of hexing?

3. My server starts up with chat server being 127.0.0.1 with a connection success. Everything seems fine in the gameserver and everything is running through out. I check my server through skyteam launcher, and it says its offline. Also if i connect, it puts a "dissconnected from the game" notice straight away.

4. On my router, it shows that my internet is doing something when i start my server, like it IS up. But yet its still offline.

5. I can manage everything on the gameserver like "monster reload" etc and it all works..but my server doesn't?

6. My server is set in C://, not D:// (Is that a problem?)

@granby - use MuStartup to star server! and i suggest hexing, ;) (its easier!), and yeah... these server files are heavy bugged - on;y every 2nd person can get this workin'.

Alright, I will help you fix it.
Im 100% i can help u get it online without any errors.
change all your ip where it ask. Except the start up. 1 part is wrong.
v4v=( your ip here )
v5v=127.0.0.1
On v5v, don't put your IP! or else it wont work.
if u get skill error, go to data > commoncfg > change language to 0. ( Korea )
If u get ODBC Error, Go to ranking and take out ranking .. example
MuOnline_Ranking <<<< take ranking out
should look like this >>> MuOnline
