I know it's something related to hook , but i suck at this and i thought the GS/GSCS had the DLL hooked already.

Instal latest Redistributable and frameworks :) And will work just fine.
gs and could post the gscs used?
When have this DLL Read Error is because of incompatible operating system... hope that isn't the case!
SmallHabit files are stable? on long term?
When i run GameServerCs.exe it give me this error AntrumCs.dll not found
