shatter`s project is very good ! i only can say GL you have very small part for fix.. only 1-2 buggs and files will be ******99% buggles :) sooo GL and HF and finish this project ! because you can :)

I'm with 1 bug, shatter the NewsSystem know I put the news and set up well
NewsSystem = 1
MinutesBetweenNotices = 10
so the news appears in the time I turn the gas after 10 minutes of the news no longer appear, so it appears again if I close and open the gameserver appears the notcias again with 10 minutes once and then not appear again
