I recommend using BoR MCS_v1.0.9 .* (IOCP system);
This cs port changer only works in the connectserver where you saw the GameServer connected ( mainly used in 0.9x ) versions.
if you see chinese simbols, this program doesn't make translations, it's only for change the port number where cs listen connection ( by default 44405 ). You may want change the number sometimes, for example, in case of DOS or for forwarding reasons.
Learn a new port is not difficult ...
netstat (when connected), port scanner, etc.
