Man, I always run exe files as administrator and really no luck, i know there's something wrong with my system, i'm gonna try it in fresh OS so I'm gonna blame somebody if it still not gonna run lol.

UPDATE: Yes! I was right mate. Now it's running, been wondering awhile with a problem that can be quickly resolved.
