I've tried to play yesterday to figure out what to expect from Today's Grand opening...Unfortunately i was so disappointed, because i've seen so many combinations, but thats my first time when i find server with exp. rates x250, but drop rate so low like it was planned to be x5 hardcore server.
Why are no ANY boxes/medals/hearts/firecrackers? Why jewels drop is so low? I spent maybe 5 hours testing locations, and i can say all i found is ~7kk zen, some scrolls/orbs, 1chaos, 1 soul.Excuse me but when i see x250 server i expect not this kind of disaster with drop Especially if you put description "Drop: 45%" which is not true.
Of course its your server and final decision is yours, but my suggestion is drop rework at first for sure if you want to have at least some players online. I'm sure maybe there is something else, but drop items/jewels/boxes/ is #1 critical problem in my opinion, i feel im not alone with this point of view.

Thanks for your criticism, I opened the server in beta mode just to hear opinions like these and be able to solve them, the drop of those boxes are already done, just need to state that mobs will throw them
