First, we have 4 different rate servers in EliteMU.
Second thing, we never close server so fast as you posted, minimum server-life time is 3 months and server is never closed if online is decent, but if online gets lower than 10% of its peak (less than 1/10 from peak online) and earnings can not compensate 1/4 projects cost, then we think start ti think about re-opening.
